RCC Builders & Developers, Inc., through a contract with Waters & Bugbee, Inc., is putting the final touches on a project to upgrade the electric transmission facilities at the PSE&G Teaneck Substation.  This station, along with one in Bergenfield, provides power to over 80,000 people in northern New Jersey.

We are constructing a 15’ x 15’ addition to increase the size and capacity of a facility which houses electrical switchgear.  The work includes masonry, structural steel, roofing, insulated wall panels, doors and frames, plumbing, HVAC and electric.

This upgrade will ensure continued safe, reliable utility service for area residents and businesses.  We want to thank Don Waters and Jack Wood of Waters & Bugbee, Inc. for their help with the project.
